• Take the second exit at Chainbar Roundabout onto A638 (signposted Dewsbury)
• Continue forward at the traffic lights, passing the Clemo Car Sales Showroom on your right
• Follow the road for about quarter of a mile, passing a small newsagents on the left
• Turn right onto Booth Street
• Continue to the top of the hill, arriving at number 93 which is on the left hand side
